Jared Davis

Jared Davis is a painter, scenic artist, and scenic designer. Originally from Pontiac, Michigan, he currently resides in Washington, DC. Jared has a BFA from Wayne State University (Detroit, MI) and continues his studies at the Corcoran College of Art & Design (Washington, DC). By day, he is Assistant Technical Director for Arlington County's Cultural Affairs Division (VA).

Currently working through a fixation with Tiki (post-Polynesian Pop), Jared's work hangs in many restaurants, including Sangria (Royal Oak, MI), Intermezzo (Detroit, MI), and Yin Yankee (Annapolis, MD). His original artwork has been shown at several galleries and art shows in both Washington, DC, and Detroit. He designed and painted for such theaters as The Shakespeare Theater (Washington, DC), The Roeper Theater Company (Birmingham, MI), The Arlington Players (Arlington, VA), and Imagination Stage (Bethesda, MD).
